New Year's Revolution - Clearing the Dark

A revolution at this time of year, for me, is a promise to do something I’ve never done before….hmmm. Now that’s got me thinking and thinking…wondering what on earth can I do this year to set it apart from all other years. Can I do this year better, live more, experience more, feel more alive and grounded….

And what does any of this mean, or does it even matter these days? LOL

So, off to a flying start….I actually woke up this morning thinking I could exercise more, get out into nature more, and write more. There. That’s what I would propose for my 2014 New Year’s betterment of myself.

However, I spend 3 or 4 days of each week outside – foraging, walking, gardening, working the market stall and generally freezing my arse off (this time of year anyway) so actually being inside is a treat some days….

Then, on to the exercising bit of this revolution. Welllll, there is always room for more exercise and even during this holiday season I have managed to exercise every day at least once for 10 to 15 minutes brisk walking, weights or jogging. Yes, I can improve on this, I guess (of course I can!).

Lastly there is writing. Which is my passion (you are reading this aren’t you? LOL) and no, I never seem to have enough time to write or say all that’s floating around in my head.

I’ve often had a dream of a day when I have nothing more important to do then write. And to actually do this for a living – would be, as close to heaven for me as anything else I can imagine.

But, that day is not yet here – so finding time to organize my thoughts, write them down in some coherent fashion and then place them into a forum of some kind….well, you would think that should be easy for me at this stage.

But there is something (always some thing) that pulls my attention this way and that, takes the ideas right out of my head and generally infuses my brain with an endless stream of all the reasons why I don’t have the time/energy/inclination/motivation to write my thoughts down.

That to me seems like an energy vampire, a mind worm or could be referred to as dark supernatural energy in certain circles….either way it is interference energy and this is what I am going after in order to make every effort to clear the path for my New Year’s Revolution or just a complete shift into higher gear!

I recently formulated a new body cream with a magical blend of essential oils that I feel has started me on the road to clearing some of this stuff from my body, mind and soul (essential oils work in a multi-dimensional way)….I will keep you posted on my progress.

Resolution? We need a Revolution!

I don't know about you, but as a spiritual person (you know, I think about spiritual things...) life has been anything but easy. In fact it is often downright difficult, in some ways, but wonderful in many others.

With this in mind I have been giving a lot of thought to the New Year which is now upon us and the challenges we face as people wanting something better in our lives. That something better for me has always been the means to live my life as I want to.

To live a life with a higher consciousness having greater awareness of who I am and what I am really doing here. The freedom to explore my origins and to find myself through my food, water, nature and a toxin free lifestyle (as much as possible).

Of course a large part of those wishes and hopes is to have excellent food and clean untreated water available - and to not have to struggle because I believe these things to be a necessity. Yet, many people are still of the mind that in order to upgrade their diets to something far better, it will cost the moon.

Over the years there has been only one main thing I have had to insist upon - organic real food and water from the ground. I am here today because of this knowledge deep within my cells guiding me forward and keeping me healthy.

For me, it took a life altering event to finally open my eyes to these facts of cellular requirements and physical needs. When I was sick and knew I would not get better without making each of these changes I was faced with a choice....

Start to live this way - and don't look back, or make some changes for a little while and then fall back in to the old familiar patterns eating the rubbish foods, drinking poisoned water. However, once I knew full well how low the state of illness could take me (I had cancer) - thankfully that was all I needed to change my ways.

Although there was not a single event (I was backing away from several negative situations) - back then, quite a few years ago now, that was the beginning of my Revolution. But, whenever I need to understand something fully I look it up LOL

For the word Revolution I found a few interesting definitions:

-overthrow of the established system
-a turning or motion around a fixed point
-a sudden or momentous change in a situation

So, if we take each of these and apply them to our lives, perhaps things can look some what different from our current perspective. We can overthrow the current situation that holds us back, plan a full year of immediate significant change and do this consistently.

Listen to our bodies, follow the stars, go with the flow and become part of the earth and her cycles as we move forward around the seasons of the sun...

Yes, it's time for a Revolution!

April Danann's Food Revolution

Food Revolution

For those of us who are watching and supporting the many revolutions that are taking place around the planet but are unable to physically be there- there is so much else that can be done. And perhaps even more important work that must be done to start to break down these monopolies who control our money, economies, food, water, media, and ultimately our minds.

I see it often during some of these protests, ‘access to better health care’ written on placards and it has left me feeling perplexed. There are some basic tenets that every human living on this planet needs to get back to- and the fundamental one would be food. How to feed ourselves so that the body and mind is well nourished and in a healthy state has been eroded in less then several generations. We have been duped into thinking that we actually ‘need’ health care- what we need is self care in the form of fresh whole food and clean water.

Control of the people doesn’t stop with these Big Food, Big Agri, Big Seed and Big Market corporations either! Perhaps it only begins there, because control of the people spills over into Big Pharma, Big Gov and Big Bank. So, each of these mega corporations has a stake in how well you feed yourself and the general health of your body. This is a fact because ‘they’ have an insatiable desire to control and you cannot be controlled if and when you are eating, drinking and living in a state of natural health.

In a short period of time, you will rebuild your mind (and body) and start to think for yourself. It is so simple- all you need is real food, that is clean, fresh and simply prepared.

All this food out there- there is NO food crisis in terms of supply, there is only a crisis in methods of marketing mass hysteria to get you to believe that the crap on the shelves in the Big Supermarket has any thing to do with food. If you walk into any modern shop you will see that only about 5-10% of the available food is fresh, unadulterated, and next to nothing is unpackaged!

In order to get your body on the road to a better way of being, you must change the food that you are eating and the water you are drinking. And for some that will mean a fundamental shift in thinking and perhaps a move out to the country where you can access well or spring water and grow a garden.

Your best defence against the systems that need to control you and for you to cooperate with them is your health- clean healthy body and clear mind. We are conformists as long as we eat what is put before us and spend our days in a spaced out haze because this food clogs up our internal processes and keeps us down.

Feeding yourself packaged, drugged up and chemical laced ‘food’ has your body tissues toxic and your mind unable to think clearly. From my experience this also gives rise to fear, depression, irritable bowel type issues, and a down regulated immune response (or as I call it passivity) which proceeds on to disease and dysfunction. Of course, this then requires treatment in the form of more packages of drugs and chemicals and more fear!

Can’t you see the pattern here? Eat their food, drink their water, spend your time  wandering through life and not thinking beyond what the box tells you, become unwell and end your days eating tablets that only add to the misery. Is this what we have come to? Or is this what has been made of us through the extensive use of mind control, mass marketing, economic debt and poor food/water?

Today I was asked, So where to start? If you want to join a revolution, start here- with you and your family. Pick the three most toxic items in your diet (life?) and remove them. It is that simple. For some it will be sugar, caffeine, alcohol- toxins which slow down the liver and wreak havoc with our immune function. For others it will be a food that you eat far too much of- packaged cereal, take aways, chocolate.

I know that some may be thinking- well how do I live without this or that? It can’t be all that bad- no? We have been so manipulated into thinking that just because something is on the shelf in a supermarket 365 days a year that it should be consumed as such. Never before have we had access to sugar, caffeine, alcohol, packaged foods, chocolate, boxes of processed stuff- all the time.

Your body is designed to eat fresh, whole veggies, fruits, some grains, some fish, little meat and clean water. Anything else is a stress on the digestion and clogs up the nutrient pathways. And we havn’t even gotten to detoxification and the function of the rest of the body!

Choose 3 ways that you can change and start to implement them today- you will feel better tomorrow and every day that follows as you wean yourself off of an entire system that has been cleverly designed to manage the people. Refuse to be controlled, don’t conform, and do not under any circumstances eat their food or drink their water.

Join the Revolution- we shall fight, we will win!
