Have We Become Spiritual Slaves?

 Whenever someone else’s energy enters into my world it wrecks havoc with my own energy reserves and I end up feeling like them (I feel their emotions and physical symptoms). Right now I am sitting here with a massive headache and I just realized something….

This severely depleted feeling coming from a spiritual aspect or nature is not mine. I had been ‘owning’ it for weeks now (perhaps years?) only to finally realize, yes I have been through the mill when it comes to life, however, I am more then able for walking this path.

And so is my spirit. I am not broken, just a little road weary, what I have been feeling or sensing was so easily separated when I worked on my energy field….

This has shown me clearly that I have been wearing, like a cloak for all of these years is someone else’s spirituality – which is burnt out, washed up and more then a little dead. It has been so cleverly insidious, that I have never been aware of it all the time, just at certain times when it’s defences would wear thin (and mine would get stronger).

This has become quite clear during my last cleansing fast....but it was so intermingled into my own energy field I was left confused and wondering what was mine and what was not. This thing did not seem at all entirely of the earth. 

As for our human spirit, this part of our being is no different and certainly not separate from the rest of us. It is intimately connected to our root chakra – life force, sexuality, spirituality and creativity are all aligned with each other. It creates and completes a zone of great power.

However, when one part of our being is commandeered, hurting or down in some way – the entire area (each of these aspects of us) will suffer. For example, your life force will equally be pulled down when your spiritual self is waning or losing strength as will your creative self and sexuality.

Our spiritual selves can be harmed, damaged, stolen, broken into, separated, pushed down, diseased and dysfunctional – in the exact same way as any other part of our body, mind and soul. In fact they can be controlled and that seems to be the tip of a very large iceberg.

One of the most important points I wanted to make here, is how, when you call in an entity, another being other then yourself to do the work of spirit such as a guide, angel, orb, spirit etc. (this is your work, you are more than capable of this) – it will cost you something.

It’s the same situation as you going to work for them….but instead of being paid, you have to pay. This spiritual ‘assistance’ comes at a price – it should not be like this, but alas, this is the dark dealings of the fallen angels and their friends.

This spiritual part of us is the essence of our lives, a part of us that contains or holds our will and allows us to keep going forward in spite of the surrounding fear. Oh, it’s not our fear, but those whom we allow to remain within our energy fields in positions of power, authority, the rulers of the land, offering 'spiritual' guidance.

They worry about the day that is coming….

When we wake up fully, rise like the sun, shake off these chains and stand in the knowledge that we are spiritual beings who never needed them in the first place. We don’t need them now and we didn’t need them then….they can go back to the dark holes they crawled out of…

This is higher consciousness, it brings light to all things hidden…and we were born with it - our tools, all we ever needed, lies inside.

Advice to Energy Healers and Therapists...

Many years ago I started out exploring energy healing, hands on healing, energy therapy and all manner of anything to do with the energy field in an effort to understand my energetic self, but also with the hope of making something of it and helping other people. 

Of course being an intuitive and inquisitive by nature, I wanted to explore and figure out exactly what was happening within the energy field of the humans I was seeing as well as myself. In order to do that I needed to be proficient in hands on energy therapies and to know what they were all about.

Over the following few years I took courses in nearly everything - Hands on Healing, Healing Touch, Touch for Health, Kinesiology, became a Reiki Master, massage therapy - you name it, I did it. And for the most part I really enjoyed the work that I did and felt that I was figuring out a lot about energy.

Of course, there were always queries and lingering doubts about some of what was being taught, and whenever I asked certain questions I was put off or pushed out of the inner circles. When I look back now, I know that it was because those teaching and demonstrating these techniques did not know themselves and what was worse was that some did not care.

The questions and lingering doubts that I had then still stand today and most higher level teachers and leaders even now do not want to 'know' more because it puts them in a position of responsibility. One that they are ill prepared to take on or even to know how to address. 

I have listed some of those questions that I was asking then and since have addressed through my own work, life and core beliefs and written about my findings in my books;

• How were the practitioners and participants being protected and by whom or what? 

This question about protection was and is perhaps the most important one that I have had to ask and of course it has never been answered satisfactorily. When we are doing 'energy work' (by this I mean working in someone's energy field) and consuming a poor diet, taking medication, under profound stress, using 'other' drugs such as alcohol, exposure to radiation and any number of other vices - our energy fields can be wide open. That is one issue. 

Connected to this is that no matter how many bubbles of light surround you or how much you meditate or who your guides/angels/spirits are - you are not protected. And what is worse - you are not in a position to protect anyone else. An energy field is only as strong as the practitioners physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body is at that moment in time. 

Each of the 'vices' listed above weaken, damage, break and otherwise wreak havoc with the delicate strands which make up a person's energetic field. This is reality. We have to work at taking exquisite care of ourselves which includes the energy field.

• Why was everyone 'leaking' energy and what to do about it?

As an intuitive I 'see' and perceive the energy field, quite clearly I might add. Of course this situation has become far worse in more recent times however, even back in the late 80's and 90's when I was attending these courses I was seeing that something was amiss in my own energy field and in everyone else's. They were full of holes, rips, tears and in some cases broken off completely. Many people were missing parts of their energy fields at the back, especially near the neck and above the kidneys - both areas where we carry stress. 

These problems with the energy field are caused by anything (from junk food to drugs to chronic stress) that damages the physical body. We cannot separate our physical self from ANY other part of us - we are a functioning unit and that means all of us. Energy fields that are full of breaks, holes and tears, leak energy which leads to dysfunction.

What to do about it? Well, this was the single biggest reason I developed my energy technique of Closing the Energy Leaks but also, any improvements that you make to your diet, health, well-being and lifestyle will begin the process of repairing your energy field.

• Who was showing up when angels, spirits and guides were 'called' in?

I actually remember 'watching' people being encouraged to call in spirits, masters, guides and other entities and then not paying the slightest bit of attention to what was showing up. Mainly because they were not being taught to ask these questions, but also because no one was even thinking that 'anything' might come in through an open door. 

In some of my classes on energy therapy and Medical Intuition I have had participants experiment with this and then check the 'beings' that were showing up. This was an eye opener for everyone involved  leading them to become far more discerning afterwards in their private practices. 

Just because you call in what you believe to be a spiritual being of integrity, this is not always what will arrive and besides, if you are hopped up on sugar, what else would you expect? Like, attracts like in the energy realms.

• What was the story with all the sugar, rubbish and junk food?

This brings me to my last point, I remember attending some of these courses where tables would be piled high with all manner of junk food - everything from chocolate, fizzy drinks, potato crisps, doughnuts, cakes, sugar, sugar, and more sugar. Oh and a little bowl of fruit on the side. When I asked sincerely what was going on with all of this rubbish food, I was informed that sugar improves your psychic and intuitive abilities. Yeah, right.

Anything that does harm to the body, will not improve any function of that body. Sugar is a poison, it is toxic and an anti-nutrient. This means that it costs you energy to digest and assimilate it because it is so depleted of energy. It has absolutely nothing to offer you and using this will lead to many forms of dysfunction. And it will definitely not improve anything especially where your sixth sense is concerned.

As humans we intuitively know that and everyone should know this. So why on earth is this, still to this day, a part of these workshops as if it was the nectar of the gods? Sugar is dangerous stuff (pure white and deadly?) and not to be mixed with energy work of any kind.

Why am I writing about this now and spelling this out so clearly for you here - because this is some of what I have learned over these past 20 plus years that I have been in this business and I wish that someone had told me when I started out. It would have saved a lot of frustration, illness, worry, stress and FEAR over the years.

The Devil Made Me Do It....

At times it can seem like an uphill battle - this walking the talk or trying to live consciously. However, losing weight, making changes to your diet and lifestyle is not so very different from any other forms of self-betterment. You desire something more for yourself, your body translates that into greater awareness and then the universe aligns to enable you to create the experiences that will bring the wave to you.

It all sounds easy enough...so why is this so difficult? There is one area that not many of us are talking about, perhaps because it has appeared to be the domain of religions and those too fearful to even comprehend these bigger concepts. This is the thing/creature/energy force or whatever 'it' is that we would know as the devil.

To me this is an energy entity that can take over certain situations, buildings, land and even people - to create a pocket of very low vibration. One way to recognize this is when you experience something that has a complete lack of consciousness. The devil is the lowest form of being totally lacking in any glimmer of awareness.

When this energy is around (it never announces itself), it manages to create an atmosphere of confusion, hopelessness and fear. Of course this dark cloud serves one main purpose and that is to keep you in a downward cycle away from love, cheer, joy and hope. Your life then becomes a struggle played out throughout excess weight, poor lifestyle and food, addictions, finances, relationship issues; which is ultimately over the ownership of the soul.

The 'devil' will do anything to pull you down into the depths of despair and keep you there as this is where it lives. It is the worst form of darkness known to humankind - complete and utter lack of conscious perception. Zero consciousness.

At this point you may be wondering, just why is consciousness so important and what is it exactly? Well to me, it is all about being awake - the physical act of waking up inside and out, as if we had been far away from here and are now come back. 

But not only that - yes you wake up and see or become aware of the way things are around you, but then the lights go on and you also see things for what they truly are (comprehension and understanding) and then act upon this new level of knowledge.

So, consciousness arrives in at least two parts - you wake up, the light goes on and then you must act or take steps to change your life because things are different under this new energy. In this way, consciousness is a resource or energy force all on its own - as this is the immeasurable substance field that has eluded science for decades. 

What this has to do with the concept of the devil is quite simple - lowest consciousness begets more life forms just like itself. All of these function to stand in the way of those who are seeking something more,  higher levels of awareness with the understanding that they deserve better in life. 

The way out of this lowest state of being of course is to cleanse, detox and otherwise unplug from things that give this 'devil' life. For me this has translated into removing the radio, television, stepping away from certain relationships and of course taking exquisite care of my body. 

You can do this, if you want your life back, you must reclaim your body too because this is where your soul lives, when you allow consciousness to develop and grow, joy, freedom, clarity and hope blossoms. It's all in the water....

Day 8 is Here!

Well, it was nice waking up this morning knowing that in only 72 hours or so, I will have completed another 10 day Master Cleanse. It always feels like such an accomplishment each time I do this - as I learn, discover and feel further ahead within myself. 

Needless to say this has been a most productive MC as per usual with my shoulder back to normal as well as all the other positives of completing a detox. I was thinking about this yesterday - when I realized that my skin was so smooth and soft, when I was doing Yoga, I realized that I just had that much more flexibility for the asanas, my eyes are clear and I have a cleaned out feeling in my gut that only a MC cleanse can bring.

I still have clear symptoms of detox as well - my tongue is coated, during the day I will have random aches, that come and go, yesterday my back hurt for a little while then it was ok. My sense of smell is through the roof - this always happens! I wonder what a cat or dog must feel like, I can smell things for a mile. 

Of course, my sense of energy and movement in other dimensions is keener too and I can 'see' beings, ghosts, spirits and far into other worlds. This sense is always good as I am an Intuitive, yet when doing a cleanse its as if my senses are 'on' all the time. Heightened sense of perception, I guess.

So, now we are planning for Day 11 - the days following a MC are pretty important as well. On the first day off of this detox we drink juices and smoothies made only of fruit or vegetables. Then on Day 12, I will make a brothy soup from vegetables and mung beans and more juice. It won't be until Day 13 that we will actually have a 'meal' with anything other than vegetables etc. 

We usually eat pretty healthy so this is not a big change for us. As I mentioned yesterday - we are not hungry really, there are just cravings for certain foods and it is always surprising what comes up. I can't wait to have a piece of home made bread with guacamole! And a baked sweet potato sounds divine right now. Really simple foods.

My energy levels are a little lower today and I can feel myself going into another big detox cycle, perhaps one last big push to remove more toxins before this is finished. However, I was up late last night and that might have something to do with it too. 

Well, I hope that you are enjoying this blog and learning about cleansing and detoxing - as much as I am. It never ceases to amaze me, I learn something new each time I do this.

Lets Talk About the Fallen Angels

There are so many people out there working with angels, calling them in and other wise going into spaces where they congregate. Angels are lovely, they are messengers of the divine and have many roles to play in our lives and in the world we live in. Yet, there are so many fallen Angels - and what are their distinguishing features?  Does anyone really know and are they watching carefully to see what shows up when these entities are summoned?

I have been working in this field of 25 years, and to the best of my knowledge there is not one person who is asking for and using discernment - and then putting two and two together when entities enter. I know of so many instances where practitioners call someone thing in to their work space and then don't bother to check (or do they even know?) what shows up and what it is doing there.

One of the many things that I have found out over the years, is that you are the Angel, You are in charge of the energy of the space and you must know at all times what is there and maintain control of it. If you are calling things in, ANYTHING can and will show up- how would you know otherwise???

I started out many years ago with the Reiki, like a lot of other people, and the teachers also called in entities telling us that they were extra hands to help. But I never felt right about it and I have since talked to many others with the same experiences. 

One of the side effects of these Angel Buddies showing up was an incredible craving for sugar and any rubbish foods that I could find. Think about it, sugar is a toxin, an anti nutrient, it depletes your body of necessary resources and that is not the worst of it! It also lowers the immune function for several hours after ingestion. 

Your immune system is your first line of defence against ALL invaders and intruders- including these Fallen Angels, Entities and Foreign species. 

In my practice, I treat mainly professional practitioners of some kind or other- many of them have had these same experiences and end up at my door because they cannot get rid of these energy attachments once they come into the energy field. 

If this is an Angel working for the greater good and sent from God, it does NOT interfere with your body, it does not cause cravings, it does not have a negative influence over your life and it does not show up at your work. You as a healer are well equipped with all of the tools that are necessary to do your work. 

Anything else is not supposed to be there. These energy entities have become epidemic and are making many healers SICK- I am seeing mainly hormonal imbalances, candida issues, weight gain, out of control and disordered eating, auto immune disease, and viral conditions of unknown origin just to name a few. 

If this is making you sick- My God, there is a problem. Please stop what you are doing and seek clarification, please ask questions and do not believe that just because it shows up, that it is supposed to be there or that it is a good thing.
