Creating the Life You Were Born to Live

Your life is created by the thoughts of both yourself & others around you – Yes!! It is so

How many of us have read, and pondered over these new-age books that inform us our thinking, our thoughts and the stuff that goes around and around in our minds is what makes up our reality?

Of course it does. We attract to us what we are focused on.

So, we spend countless minutes, hours and days attempting to shift our thinking onto higher ground. Making every effort to get our thoughts from the dark and negative into the light and positive.

Form a new perspective and the rest will follow. Create a clear stream of consciousness and life will magically turn around – health, money, people and opportunities will simply knock on the door.

Except when it doesn’t.

Oh, we may have some times, spaces and break throughs of limited success with this type of exercise. Just like any other thing we try out along our journey – in a small way if can work for some of us, some of the time.

Then we hit a wall. Our thinking goes back to its’ old distorted patterns (that never even seem to belong to us, funny that) and we are the walking wounded soldiers of mis-fortune once again.

Trying to create that big, colourful, wonderful life from the ground is hard work!

Is there then something wrong with us? Are we doing it all wrong? Am I broken, unfixable, pulled low with these ridiculous thoughts (that I never seem to know where they come from) floating around in my head?

Wellllll…….we are also energetic beings. And being energetic beings, made up from star-dust of the Universe, we pick up things, spiritual junk, the very stuff that life is made out of.

We are constantly interacting with, bumping into and exchanging energy with absolutely every living and non living thing there is. Some more than others.

The next time you wish to use your thoughts to create, guide, shape and otherwise manage some aspect of your life, begin with clearing your energy field of people, things, situations etc. that pull you down.

Only then will you start to have absolute success in pulling yourself up! Clean up that space around you - and clear your mind of un-necessary thoughts, fears, worries and other time wasting patterns by releasing the energy that holds you down.

Onwards & upwards?

Focus on Life

So, now we have a focus! LIFE

Isn’t it funny how often we think to ourselves, this is our life, yet, it’s not the one we’ve wanted, dreamed of or envisioned for ourselves. But, here we are spending day in and day out – doing things we don’t always like ‘doing’ or ‘being’ in places when we wish we were doing something or being someplace else.

And then there’s the biggest one – being around people who either do not appreciate us, understand us, like us or who are down right harmful to us - (read toxic to be around). If you are anything like me, you end up soaking up all those negative vibes (absorb!) – taking on board nearly everything, in an effort to make people happy and feel better.

And such is life. Or is it?

If this is life, then I don’t want to have anything to do with it. Which is exactly what I figured out a long time ago and have endeavoured to live ever since. The place I was in, timing, people, food, things, the work I was doing and so on, was all wrong for me!

I did learn things everywhere I went, and I tried to make the most of what I had, where I was and deal with things as they arrived. I always wanted to be positive about ‘things’….but there came a time, when I had to wake up and make decisions about what I wanted and about what was 'healthy'.

Somewhere deep inside of me…..I always knew it wasn’t my life I was living but a mere shadow of something constructed from the thoughts of others around me. I could do so much better if I was creating it myself!

Of course, I then realized I needed to get out of the situations I found myself in and get focused on the ‘real’ life that I was seeking. And that is an on-going project……Life on the inside and the outside needs to be a mirror and a focus when on the spiritual path.

Supernatural Protection - Working From the Outside

How much time have we spent feeling tired – waking up tired, going to bed tired, dragging our arses around the place throughout the day and not really ever looking at the world as if we are fully awake?

Honestly, there was a time when I couldn't remember the last time I slept through the night, let alone woke up rested in any way. The benefit is that I have spent years, no decades, trying to get to the bottom of just what is taking, using and interfering with my energy.

The way things are for most of us, is we are simply not ‘safe’ when sleeping. It is our most vulnerable time – going into shadow realms can be dodgy when fully awake, however, when we are toxic, stressed, worried and generally pushed down – we are even more unprotected.

There are supernatural beings, entities, orbs, spirits and whatnots on every turn - most of which we deal with throughout the day - however, things look a bit more daunting during the night!

Of course, long ago I knew what, who and why it was this way for me (past life encounter with a dark master) – I was just never able to do much of anything about it because everything I tried was only a temporary fix. It wasn’t until I started fasting, that things finally started to turn around for me.

Fasting changed my life and continues to change my life each and every day. Mostly, because it has stripped away all the ‘dead’ and provided me with the space to bring back the 'life' that was missing deep inside and outside as well, it seems.

There is a matrix like ‘coating’ living, growing and thriving in our skin that contains many non-beneficial organisms – some of which are anchored deep into our nervous systems – and they appear to have the upper hand. Until we take steps to do something about them, that is.

So what has all of this got to do with my energy? Well, our energy fields arise and are part of this largest detox organ – our skin. And this covering is anchored to and connected to nearly everything else inside of us.

From what I can see, when we are feeling tired or drained or toxic – the simplest and easiest place to start is with the skin. It is the most visible part of our bodies and from my own work as a Medical Intuitive, I have realized each limb or area represents some inner organ or system, making it fairly straight forward to work with as well.

If you are feeling tired, losing energy or unable to rest and surrounded by energy vampires – you can begin your healing and detox with your skin – a little sea salt goes a long way in removing and disrupting what ever ‘negativity’ it is that has had the upper hand in your life.

Focused Negativity - Energetic Links to Cancer

It’s funny – I never really talk about this a lot but years ago I had cancer and walked away from any medical treatment. Instead I treated myself – and I am still here to tell the tale.

I get asked often enough what I think about cancer and what causes it or why good people die from it. So, lately I have been given it some further thought. As if during those weeks I was healing my own body I didn’t think enough!

Cancer is a fungal disease, it is not a chronic condition or at least it shouldn’t be – but there are those who need it to be as it prolongs treatment options. And that means more money, basically.

I have long thought of the direct root cancer takes to gain a foothold in our body’s tissues – it is a result of direct focused negativity in most cases. And yes, this is as simple as it sounds.

When someone is subject to prolonged situations of dark energy (or enough of a concentration of it in one blast) taken with poor self care, lack of exercise and an inadequate diet – then the conditions are ripe for something to develop and fester in that darkness.

And let’s face it – there is enough wickedness and ill will around to keep the world spinning on it’s side for the rest of eternity. Everywhere we go, these days, people are fearful and rightly so – this evil energy is coming from the top down.

The bottom line here is we have forgotten (been robbed of it) and lost the ability to protect ourselves in any meaningful capacity. Our immune systems are down – our hormonal function is well, dysfunctional and we are suffering as a direct result.

Actually, cancer is only one of the physical responses of this stagnant pool of heavy energy – there are many other manifestations as well, none of them good. But I am certain there has been a pill invented to push down each and every symptom until we die from medieval forms of medicine.

So what’s a person to do? The first thing to do is to learn to protect yourself – on the inside as well as the outside. That means working in your own energy field for instance as well as feeding yourself better and removing as many toxins from your life as possible.

This is only a start – but it’s a good one. A healthy energy field, a healthy body and a sound mind all derive from natural means – good clean water, food and herbs. As well as exercise, fresh air and loving relationships.

Nothing good comes from a plastic container of chemicals – only more ill will.

Let's Talk About Fear....

So, I guess it's about time I mentioned this little feature (or 'fear'ture) of our current daily life. You cannot open the newspaper, turn on the tele (thankfully I don't have one) or even speak with someone without fear coming into the conversation, equation or guiding our thoughts in some way...

Try a little experiment and see if you can actually find some purely positive article, report, news brief, or even have a conversation... especially these days. From the state of the economy, the mess our health is in, to bullying in the schools - even the uplifting stories have a heaviness about them.

There is one main point I want to make here about fear and perhaps what to do about it. For the most part we are not even dealing with our own energy - our bodies have filled up with darkness, stress and low vibrations from absolutely everything around us.

Because of the way we eat, the water we drink, the poisons and toxins we breathe in, the chemicals we are exposed to from the first day of life - and each of the above situations we find our selves exposed to - we have become accustomed to a steady diet of negativity or fear based thinking.

Let me explain this from an intuitive perspective....

When you are fed 'food' made in a factory (by machines, tired and frustrated employees), all the goodness (read life force) is taken out of this food during the processing or manufacturing of each package, can, box and bag - you take in a substance devoid of positivity.

That's one thing. Then because this food is making us ill, our cells are not detoxing or functioning properly, we take concoctions made in a lab from synthetic chemicals (additives, toxins) to fix, heal or change the bodies response and we fill even further with darkness.

What is worse we are given antibiotics (against life!?), when our bodies attempt to shift this energy, which kill off any remaining colonies of beneficial bacteria so necessary for sustaining and maintaining ALL of life's positive forces. Yeast, mold, fungus and non-beneficial bacteria take over certain areas of our guts (skin and mucous membranes) ensuring further negative balance.

And we continue to fill up with fear.

All of this leads to bodies built cell by cell without love.

This is a new year, perhaps it's time to do something about it.

Self Blame

'Don't sweat the small things' is a quote that was going through my mind recently when I encountered an issue with a project that I was working on (something that had taken me a very long time). However, the problem did not originate with me, but on another level, yet my reaction was very interesting because I blamed myself and internalized the negativity.

A huge pattern had surfaced.

When something goes wrong we are usually the first ones to get the blame, even when this is not a reasonable assumption to make. I realized recently (yet again) how when even one small thing goes wrong or not in the direction that I had expected it to go, I revert to a mindset of 'there must be something wrong with me' or "I must not be good enough" or even as far as "why am I doing this, if I can't do it right?"

When this self-blame thing happened the other day it was in response to something having been stolen from me, and my immediate reaction was to blame myself. Perhaps I put myself out there too easily, or I am just not that protected after all, then what follows is a myriad of many other thoughts equally negative.

Even as I was thinking this way, I had the presence of mind to stop (love my new mind here by the way!) and start over my thought process on a different footing. The first words to intuitively flash into my head were - education is power.

So, I did some research on this exact type of theft and found it was an all too common online problem that everyone was subject to, however, little could be done about it. Once I had some basic knowledge under my belt I felt better on one level and stopped blaming myself. But on another level I realized that I was feeling empowered enough to do something constructive about it.

Now as I continue to process through this entire scenario in my mind I also can connect it to having been bullied as a child (and adult I should add) as well as a direct product of taking on the inadequacies of others. In other words, when something went wrong for certain other people (or did not turn out exactly as they planned) someone needed to 'take the blame'. Sound familiar to anyone out there?

There is always one person in every family who shoulders the responsibilities that do not belong to them, who takes on the negative energy of the group and who suffers for the rest. Stepping out of that role is a blessed relief, however it takes time to shake off all of the strings that still have the power to pull me back.

How easy it is to blame ourselves for everything that could possibly go wrong in our lives - and perhaps things that are wrong everywhere else. However, this is not constructive at all when we simply push it down and let these feelings fester.

I am still learning how to work through this type of energetic pattern. The reality is that you can only be responsible for what is yours, you can only heal, fix and change yourself. So, taking on anything from others is futile and will cause a considerable loss of power.

And then one day, you wake up to the reality that nothing is wrong in your life, there is no blame to be placed - these are lessons and each decision you make is the right one as long as you follow your heart.

Have a lovely day,

April
