This Revolution Will Be Feminized! My New Book.......

Another page from my new book!

available for download - 2 files a book & an audio file

Let Me Tell You Why

We need to have people in every region, of every country of every corner on this planet making stuff. We require the women of this earth to rise up and take up their places in small scale manufacturing, inventing, creating and knitting the world back together.

The methods of manufacture, the large scale industrialisation of humanity and the things we are led to believe fulfill our needs; is not only completely unsustainable it is dangerous and quickly destroying the environment.

Anything that harms the natural biodiversity and interferes with the delicate balance of life in this world harms us all. We are ill, sick and dying from the overproduction and over consumption of unnecessary toxic products made from under achieving people who are trained to push their imaginations into dormant states.

We have to fundamentally shift our thinking and then alter our approach to making the things we desire. More than that we must also remove the toxic elements of the things we use and rebuild our planet in the exact image of an evolving higher consciousness that is within the matrix of life itself.

The divine feminine has returned to guide the women of the earth back to own their divine blueprints buried deep within our DNA. These instructions form the basis of an ancient paradigm of knowledge that has never been lost, it has been simply forgotten – stored away for the time when it is needed most.

That time is now.

We are at a critical junction in our story, one where we can proceed along a self-destructive lower consciousness route and destroy everything in our path or choose to rise up, discovering our unique talents and abilities as the enlightened beings that we are and then put them to work in every conceivable way.

It is no longer necessary to think or believe that something is out of your reach or that you cannot do what you would like to do. You are living in a privileged age of over information to the point of confusion. The knowledge is as much ‘out there’ as it is ‘in here’.

What we are lacking is the wisdom to use some of this material for the greater good.

There are no excuses, we can make things, absolutely anything that we want or desire or need or require or have a fleeting wish for – can be made in a non toxic, sustainable manner that harms no one in the making of it.

We can make things on a small-scale manner in homes and sheds and small buildings without creating more toxic waste or contaminating the living biological systems surrounding us.
We can make stuff that does no harm to us, our children, the earth or any living thing on it.

We can choose to use our creative abilities to take back control of the manufacture of the things we use in, on and around our beautiful bodies; we can make our products safe, gentle, practical and an absolute pleasure to have.

Imagine the earth – lead by women, who are rising up and deciding each day to use products that are gently made by the hands of their sisters. From all corners and all regions we can rediscover these ancient arts of healing, growing, gathering and then creating everything we desire from clothing and art to food and technology.

We can reinvent our world using these things that contain the energy of the ancient feminine goddesses who once walked this earth and help sustain and keep her here.

This energy flows through us and is part of who we are. That tiny strand of DNA is awakening and you are buzzing with its’ aliveness!

Stand up and take your place in the Renewable Revolution! You are a part of the feminine energy at work here, a feminine ethic that under pins all that is stirring up at this time of great change.

We are in the middle of our tipping point – women at the helm of this great mother-ship who have had enough of feeling disempowered or left out or left behind and unsupported, who feel a need to reclaim their divine birthright.

Years ago, in the last few years of the previous century, the planet earth, Gaia, decided of her own accord to raise her consciousness. She decided to come back from wherever she has been in her dormancy, to no longer let things happen to her, but to be an active participant in all that takes place here.

She cannot do this alone.

The earth needs people like us to reduce the toxic load, to actively create sustainable living and work environments that honour her and to teach those who are following behind us, they are walking on sacred ground.

This revolution will be feminized!

Your mission, should you accept, is to be yourself.

To celebrate that fact that you are a woman at this time in her story, a person who chooses to own her gifts, access her destiny and proceed to help create a world that only has existed in our dreams.

Together we will create our new world.

Higher Consciousness - Waking Up is a Physical Process

A lot of people are waking up right now....to the things that are happening in their lives and in the world around them. They are questioning their own sanity - because nothing feels right, looks right or seems as if it makes sense. The way things used to be, and that never felt safe, now cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.

They may be backing away from people, situations, jobs, groups, family and friends - people who are still completely asleep to the fact that so much is wrong with this world and it's time to act on making them right. Welcome to the awareness phase of Higher Consciousness. We are many, you are not alone.

In order to wake up you will be taken by your Consciousness through emotions, energy, spirituality and finally physical cellular tissues into your inner world. This is a journey that takes some of us many years - don't be in a hurry, there is much to be done with each step of the path.

Waking up......It's a physical process - look after your body, eat fermented foods (yep, foods that are ALIVE), exercise and stay away from medicines and drugs in all of their forms. Detox regularly and then you will enable the process of awakening within your cells. Sometimes it happens spontaneously - a trigger word, event or location can jump start the process.

Universal Story - An Epic Moment

There is an uncommon hue of light in the sky this morning – telling us we are still in the middle of this latest storm – I spent last night alternating between waking to the sound of wind and rain on the windows while the roof tiles rattled….and then dreaming of walking along a dark road with only lightening to show me the way ahead.

These are ‘uncertain times’ is what I would think I should say right now in this narrative, especially on a day such as this, however, that is not how I am feeling at all. It appears as if the universe, the heavens and the earth are in complete agreement and each dimension in its turn has ramped up the volume.

To make some noise.

Here in Ireland over these past few weeks we have been witness to an epic battle of heavenly wills. One bouncing off of the other as they lash out and fight for the higher position – defender of the weak, righteous and the good – but only one victor will prevail.

In all of the old stories it was always the triumph of good over evil, yet, to my mind, evil has reined for ever so long. Or in this case, ‘rained’ down its darkness touching everything in its path with the smell of something rotten.

Of course, it’s not all bad, we are here, aren’t we? And so many of us wake each morning with hope renewed. Pressing on.

So, here we find ourselves, in the midst of something, well, bigger then the sum of us all – or perhaps something that completes the equation of the sum of us all….a Universal x at the end of the y (why or why not?).

I don’t know about you – but with all of this energy flying around, the wind, rain, darkness and fluctuating power grid – I can sense the need for change. And not just any ordinary shift either, perhaps this is it – the time of the greatest ‘stand up and be counted’ kind of thing that we’ve only ever read about in stories.

Makes me wonder if the story has nearly caught up with the tellers…..perhaps we are finally living this epic tale in real time and not chapter by chapter out of an ancient history book in the mind’s eye of some god.

Perhaps history is really only ever about telling the future….the stories are there to guide us with knowledge of the past – this is what might happen when you get to this place in the path.

An epic moment, along a long and winding path….

Mind Control - How to Create from a Higher Place....

It’s been a determined kind of day….this morning I got up feeling really good – about everything! And it just got better from there. Not that anything in particular happened – but because I was feeling so good, I got a lot done.

And of course it got me thinking about this entire topic of ‘frames of mind’, thought processes and how this affects our behaviour and especially the outcome of our days. I think it all boils down to something quite simple really! (LOL)

We have long known that 90% of anything such as sports achievements, talents and ability, is in your/our/the mind. Anyone with a strong or determined mind – can usually create enough force to get things moving…..

And done.

However, even with a strong mind and presence, our minds can sometimes be completely overwhelmed by outside factors. Of course, ultimately these elements also exist inside of us as well, and they can have a devastating influence within our lives.

Remember  the ‘overmind’, I have mentioned here several times? This is the combination or collective supermind carried in the airwaves. It’s like a frequency which infiltrates our bodies, hooks up with parts of us drawn to that vibration and pulls us down –

Through our thoughts.

What’s involved here is basically an interaction between various toxins present in our tissues and cells – but the greatest part of this process is the reliance on factory grown life forms such as viruses, yeasts and bacteria.

Which come in from our diet of poor, nasty and getting nastier food such as the 69cent bread on the shelves of supermarkets, fast food that doesn't even rot, lifeless milk and so on. This type of eating ensures these non-beneficial critters are in control of our guts (and bodies).

These organisms (we are made up of billions of them), then act as Energy Vampires of the microscopic world and suck in these low level vibrations and frequencies present all around us. Remember - like attracts like.

It anchors us to a darker place and naturally affects our thoughts – which then affect our energy, our spirit and our physical bodies. We haven’t even gone into the rest of it…the emotional impact and the loss of our souls.

When immersed in this manufactured grime, day in and day out – it wears us down, erodes the fabric that knits us together (mind, body, spirit) and keeps us tethered on a short leash, to nothingness.

And I know this is how many people face their days – struggling to push down these thoughts, to switch their thinking and each of the dark patterns that seem to follow – addictions, overweight, depression, worry, fear and lack.

We create our lives from the inside out – these thoughts are the building blocks of each moment we spend here on this planet. The chatter, words, mantras, phrases, memories, pictures and molecules of emotion shifting endlessly throughout our heads are vital components of our lives.

They are what make us or break us. It’s time to take back control of our lives – and the only way to do that is to own our minds. To create from a higher place - well, that all starts with a change in diet, which clears the body and ultimately has a positive effect on our minds.

Remove the Body Blocks....and You Will Move Too

This is one area I have a lot of experience in - mostly because I have spent the better part of my life working on energy blocks, resistance, inflammation, deep emotional patterns and what not - all of which are related to some kind of body block.

One of the reasons I wanted to bring this subject up is because I encounter so many people who have one situation, pattern, spiritual matter, health issue or emotional problem to sort out - however they treat it as separate from the rest of their lives and bodies.

If you are working on something (anything) no matter if it's physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual - each area relates back to each other. But what is more important, when there is a block (or issue) in one area, there is equally a corresponding block in these other parts of you.

You (and not one of us here on this planet) do not exist as a separate entity - you are not only connected to the whole (entire Universe or Oneness), but all of this also resides inside of you. When there is a block - this could be a physical problem such as a pain in a muscle but it will also be a region of stagnant energy, spiritual detachment and emotional patterns.

How this manifests in your life is by never getting where you want to be. Always working for someone else and dreaming of doing, being, creating something different for yourself and your family -- however, it just never seems to take root.

Or perhaps it does take root, then it doesn't grow or someone else steps in and takes it over. Does any of this sound familiar? It's like the air plane I wrote about a couple days ago, circling in a holding pattern, but never landing.

If we can't land, we can't go home.

So, what to do about any of this and get your life going forwards again - for me, it all began with changing my diet and lifestyle, but the real change - the deep energy shifts and healing I was seeking in my world - that came about with detoxing.

Don't you think it's time you got your life back?

Wait A Minute, This is My Blog!

I have been deliberating on several posts I wanted to write for one of my blogs and have hesitated for quite some time on more then a couple of them. I kept thinking they were not quite suitable for this blog - some form of flawed thinking has set in and I have just uncovered a pattern!

One of those posts is about homeschooling - for those who know me or anything about me - we are homeschoolers, right from the beginning that was the goal and we have for the most part stuck with it. Both our children are learning at home at the kitchen table - and thriving because of it.

So, who better to comment on some aspects of home schooling then me, right? Why would I hold back? Believe me, I am wondering the same thing, because any other areas where I feel experienced, competent and knowledgable, I certainly do intend to put my thoughts out there.

This has been a lesson (there's that word!) for me - mainly because I am still shaking off the vestiges of my own lack of education but I am also seeing more of the ways it has held me back. One memory to surface for me this week was how I felt discouraged from day one in the school system...let me tell you about it first....

I am left handed (shock!) as well as an intuitive, smart enough, taller then most, and I have eyes that see right through to your soul - if you have one. My first day of school was not unpleasant, it was just that I knew I was entering a place where my needs would never be considered, let alone met.

Being who I was (sensitive, open, inquisitive) and perhaps a little shy about it all - this was a very sad day indeed. I don't remember if I had any expectations or what they might have been, but I do know the years in front of me were the most miserable of my entire life.

Homeschooling is all about me therefore and the lengths I am willing to go to, to ensure a decent, kind, gentle and real education for my children.

I don't want them to feel anything remotely similar to what I felt, to be signaled out because they might be vegetarian, or eat whole foods (I know, what kind of a mother would make her children eat vegetables and fruits). Or to know without a doubt that their essence is ebbing away with each minute spent in a soul destroying classroom, with a teacher who is tired, underpaid, unhealthy and fed up with her life. And far worse.

These are things I see, hear and witness myself from adults around me - never mind their children! Life can be cruel, children can be worse - but knowing these things, why would I proceed to send off my precious much longed for little ones for someone else to 'teach' them 'a lot of 'nothing' I personally do not value?

But, I digress. I really wanted to give you some pointers on homeschooling - so here goes!
  • It's all about the parents. Just like having kids, you get to re-live (or at least I hope we do) our childhoods, well homeschool is the same. We get to learn (finally) what's important, things that matter to us and make a difference in our own lives.

Since we started homeschool, we have taken up beekeeping, raising our own animals for food, growing a huge herb and vegetable garden, cob house building and cheese making courses. And, I know more about maths, chemistry (the stuff uni never taught me), writing, history and many other subjects because I am doing this every day, with them.
  • Time consuming, you might be led to believe? Learning anything takes next to no time at all with  children and anyone eager for knowledge and fun. All of life is an opportunity to learn, so everything and anything can be pulled in as a lesson. From cooking to building a bird house - measuring, pouring, types of wood, species of wildlife and so on can be explored, researched and discovered together.

  • You may be feeling resistance from family members or those on the outside - well, hopefully if you are old enough to have children, then you realize you have been making decisions for them since the moment of conception. Choosing to teach and learn at home is simply another decision along the way, that parents can make all on their own. What I am really saying here in a round about way is that it is none of anyone else's business, so to the naysayers - butt out.

  • Learning should be a gentle, easy process - an unfolding of information imparted through activity, fun, focus and experience. Facts and figures do not have to be shoved down anyone's throat - only to be regurgitated by rote. That's not learning, that's conformity through obedience (fear) and submission (dread and anxiety).

A successful homeschool experience then becomes about setting your life up around learning and not losing sight of the overall picture - a few elements help things progress and hold your interest;

- have a routine
- plan outings, activities, celebrations
- do a bit of everything (science, art, reading, writing, cooking, carpentry, gardening)
- don't forget exercise, physical activity is for life
- create a lifestyle (healthy living, farming, sustainability)
- follow your intuition - when they are ready to learn something new, you'll know

This is only a brief synopsis of my personal experience when it comes to homeschool - each family and person will have their own take on how to go about teaching, learning and making this a journey for everyone involved. The bottom line is to not be intimidated by others, if this is something you want to do, jump in, just start and all will come right.

An important element of overall lifelong health and satisfaction is a sense of safety and security in not only who you are, but to be free to develop your potential as a human being. Learning the things you need to learn at the right time,  appropriate pace and under gentle circumstances should all be a part of this.

7 Spiritual Habits

Each day there are many of us who are attempting to walk the path of higher spiritual knowledge and often we are doing this quite in the dark and of course, alone. Mostly this is a solitary path or one to be undertaken with your spiritual partner or soul family but even then you will often find yourselves on your own.

Over these years of intense focus on walking the talk and living this way, as a family we have learned a number of important things - often these truths are so vital to how we approach this journey that to do something differently would cause us to stop or slow down. And what is far worse, when we don't pay attention to detail, this can cause confusion.

I have come to realize that while there are truths for individuals there are also general patterns and habits that apply to each of us on our spiritual path - and once they are incorporated into our daily lives, things become much easier. There is much we can do to free up the energy flow and not encourage more blocks or resistance within our own fields.

I have noticed about 7 of these spiritual habits, when applied to our lives make an incredible difference to our comfort level and peace of mind while on this very special journey.

1. Don't Put Things Off

One of the most important things to realize is that when you have things to do (which can be done such as ironing, exercise, chores around the house etc) and they get put off, each of these tasks tie up energy. These sit on our minds, in our energy fields and like any other area of stagnant energy, until this project is finished we are giving it energy.

It is actually much harder to stay in one place then it is to move forward. Try standing still for awhile and see how you do - it takes a fair amount of energy, because your body is designed to move and it is a natural force within us.

If you start something, try your best to finish it and get organized - make a list of things to be done and then do them. You know how much better you feel when something is accomplished? Well, this is why. When you are on a spiritual path, all your energy will be needed to walk the talk - completing tasks is an important way to get energy moving.

2. Treat Your Body Like a Temple

As I mention in my books, if you don't take care of your body, you will have no place to live. This physical body is your home, which is a vital piece of your spiritual journey because the path is inwards, not outwards. You will not find it outside of yourself, your journey is within.

Taking exquisite care of the body is part of your learning on this path therefore eating pure whole foods, drinking clean water, using herbs for healing as well as taking regular exercise are all important elements of walking the talk.

How can you possibly expect to arrive 'home' if you block the way with rubbish foods, drugs, alcohol and toxic chemicals? Not going to happen.

3. Believe in Better

Three of the most important words to me over these years, that actually had the profound effect of changing my life at the time were - You Deserve Better. Of course I had heard them said before, but one day I woke up and really heard them. In a way they started my journey once again and became a mantra for me for many years.

Along with those words are a sense that there is something better for me, a better way, better food, water and then to expect better from myself. Once you start to believe in better, you raise your expectations for your life and then your energetic vibration also raises.

4. When You Know Better, Do Better

This is a fundamental lesson in integrity on this spiritual path. I have come to think of it like a light - when the light goes on for an issue or situation, then that is it, instant change. I cannot remain with the same thinking, the same people or in the same place once I know a better way. If I do keep doing the same things, once again this creates stagnant energy in the field and I will become stuck.

In this way, the spiritual path is all about change, not one aspect of your life will remain the same from start to finish. You must change who you are, what you do, and the way you live as part of the path. It is meant to remove you from some situation that does not work and bring you onto higher ground where life is better. Don't be afraid of change.

5. Treat Every Situation Like a Teacher

Once you decide to start this journey, from now on each situation that you find yourself in and everyone you meet is a teacher. You are constantly learning about yourself, the world around you and why things are as they are. You are meant to figure things out, you are supposed to ask questions - because this is the only way that we can effectively learn anything worthwhile.

Like a small child - we will ask the same questions over and over again until we get it straight in our minds. The people and relationships that we might find ourselves in are equally important - to learn what needs to be learned and then to move forward, as often on this path individuals arrive when we need them and move on once the lesson is finished.

6. Create Sacred Space

Having some place in your home and garden that is set aside for ceremonial purposes and reserved for spiritual practice is a vital piece to the work of the spirit. Remember, this space mirrors something that is within you, what is outside is also inside - if there is no sacred space set aside on the outside, there won't be any room reserved for this inside either.

This could be anything - for many it is simply a shelf or a table or a if you have the space, a room where you can  go to light a candle, spend some time in reflection, do some Yoga, read, listen to music or just about anything that you might consider spiritual.

We celebrate the full and new moons, and would have space set aside inside and outside the house for this. Some times, on feast days, we take our meals in our sacred space and it transforms into a place of sacred ceremony. Beautiful.

7. Know Thyself

Lastly, there is no clearer reason to follow a spiritual path if you do not end up with full knowledge of your purpose, in complete alignment with your destiny and an absolute understanding of the power within your body.

These are fundamentals of higher consciousness and of course, the main reason we are doing any of this deep work on ourselves. Because this journey is inwards, you can expect to gain detailed information about your own history, past lives, health, energetic patterns and how to work with each of these to heal and uplift your life.

~~~
Although these are only a few basics of following a spiritual path - when applied to your life with honesty and integrity you will make things easier for yourself and deepen your experience.
See yourself home safely,
April
A Place to Start
I remember the days when I desperately wanted to make some changes in my life and I would try to do something and at times even succeed in my attempts. But to be honest, I was so confused about who I was, where I was going and what I really wanted (mostly because I was so toxic) that I never knew where to start.
And this starting point was confusing me even more! Perhaps it is only me who feels this way, but my guess is that there are at least a few others out there who are finding themselves at a stand still in life, diet, exercise, business, work and relationships with not knowing how or where to start making changes in their lives.
This is a point that held me up for far too long and in some ways still does with other things I would like to do and accomplish with my time. Just where is the best place to start and how do we go about that?
One approach that has worked for me in the past is to go about making changes the way I would write a paper for school for instance. I would start out by writing down some main ideas around my theme and from there work these ideas into larger paragraphs which ultimately would become the essay. In this way, you could begin with some smaller point, make some changes and work your way up to bigger transformation related to the minor one.
Another approach that I often use is to say these words to myself- 'start where you are at, with what you have got'. Because let's face it, in the beginning we are not going to have all of the tools, materials, ingredients etc. that we would like to have to accomplish our goals.
The next step is to make it perfectly clear the area or thing or issue you would like to change and create in your life so that you are certain of the changes you need to make in order to achieve these goals.  And to be perfectly straight with you here - this is where we must keep it simple.
When we allow something, especially fundamental life adjustments such as with diet and exercise to become complicated we are not going to follow through with it or even stick with a different protocol for very long.
Keeping it simple does not mean that your life will not change in a dramatic way however, it only means that you are approaching each area in the most straightforward manner possible. Simple changes will have dramatic results.
Going back quite a few years now, I remember my first thoughts around these changes that I knew I had to make - and the only thing that was absolutely clear to me at that time and even now, is that I was the one who had to change. I could not change others, I could not take on that responsibility besides, this was my life and my focus needed to be on myself.
So start where you are at (home, work?) with what you have got (15 minutes break, two good legs) and get outside for a quick walk - open your mind to the possibilities! Then take it from there.
Have a great day,
April
Believe in Better
Unless some of us do something differently with our lives and stop following the rest of the crowd into a dark abyss, not a whole lot will change. And just what have we been doing and what needs to change exactly?
Sometimes it seems that we are not entirely clear on these points - perhaps we have not yet passed the point of confusion and are still mired down in the muck created for us and around us by those in positions of power.
However, it is still up to us ordinary people to seek and create change within our lives, usually for me this is easily accomplished simply by stopping whatever it was that I have been doing that doesn't work for me. It might have been the foods I am eating or the job I was working at and the circle of people around me who might have kept me in that position.
The key here is to make a break - find a way out of whatever situation you are in that is pulling you down. Need to identify it? It will be outside of you (outside of your immediate family) and make you feel completely drained, yet you will pursue it and it also seeks you out. Like some sort of weird addiction.
Now that you have the basics, you can begin to step out of some negative patterns that pull your energy and hold you in one place. Start with any rubbish foods, replace them with a healthy alternative. Then choose one situation that must change - just step back from a relationship. Believe me, the other person will feel better too! Energy works both ways.
Sometimes, we are meant to only walk part of the path with others (situations, patterns, addictions etc.), not the entire path. There are only a select few people such as those in our soul groups who will remain with us for a lifetime. Any other situations will become a distraction.
If you want better in your life, you must choose better and work to create it.
Have a lovely day,
April
Good Morning...
This weekend is usually known around the world as Mid Summer and St. John's Eve as it has to do with the changing seasons, solstice and to mark the summer growing season in a significant way. One thing that might not be very well known, but is an obvious link here, is to water.
And of course anything to do with water interests me greatly as I have long found that this substance is the number one healer, changer, shifter and the most grounded food on the planet. So, what are the links to water?
Well - John the baptist was the one who appeared to be using water to create change in people's lives through 'baptism'. This is very symbolic of using water to cleanse as it washes away all that does not belong in the body (cleanse or detox). The other most interesting link for me is that this weekend is an ancient Pagan water festival when on the morning of Mid Summer water would be found from a running stream and honored as part of the day (spirit of living water).
So, this weekend is a water festival as well as a fire festival - buckets of water would be poured over participants usually to cool them from the heat of the sun, but also to symbolize cleanse and consciousness. Too bad it's not hot enough here for that!
Either way, anything to do with water as the Universal healer is most welcome - the use of water (and herbs in water) is the only way that I have found that works in the body to do nearly any healing that needs to be done - weight loss, health, spiritual journey and detox.
Check out my book The Pagan Diet to find out all about what and how I eat, live and walk the path that lies before me.
Have a great day!
And We Did It!!
Another successful 10 day Master Cleanse has been completed and you know what? The first thing that I started planning was my next one for July....so it must not have been that bad after all. LOL
It was a strange night though perhaps because of the time of the year - I woke up around 3:30 or so and say a clear sky that never really got overly dark - so I got up deciding to watch the sunrise. By 4am, everyone else was up too and we were drinking our smoothies and talking about these past few days of our cleanse. In years to come I will remember this - the same way that I have always remembered the sun not setting but just dipping slightly below the horizon on these same few nights of the year when I lived in Labrador as a child.
Right now the sun is shining and we are all busy in the garden catching up with the weeding while getting some more seedlings planted which have been hardening off. And the MC is already fading into memory.
From where I sit right now, this was one of the most significant cleanses I have ever done and a tough one this time round too. They talk about mental toughness in sport, that this is a frame of mind you can develop which gives you an edge and can even boost your skill. I think that this is what has been improving for me as well.
To check in with how things stand after 10 days of liquids - lost 7 lbs, increased flexibility, improved attitude and it feels as if my mind has an even sharper edge. My thinking is clear, focused and the project that I am working on has really taken shape. I definitely feel as if a huge layer of toxins has been lifted once again and I am really looking forward to this weekends' Mid Summer Celebrations.
The summer Solstice is on this coming Wednesday and Thursday with a new moon, one of my favorite times of the year and I am really looking forward to the party (most of all the food!). I even have a few new recipes to try out this year, so a good few days of cooking and eating are most welcome.
I am posting a couple of photos of this morning's early sky over Leap (in case you missed it!!)
Have a lovely day, see you tomorrow,
