Spiritual Disease….What to Do When Your Soul Hurts

These days, more then ever we are seeing an epidemic of spiritual based disorders…is this anything new? – not at all. We are only seeing what has been slowly rising to the surface over these past few decades as the human race as been pushed to the spiritual brink.

The worst of this situation is how we find ourselves (or for some of us we are still looking and not finding at all) hurting, sinking into despair, crying out for something better – only to be left hanging on – often to less then nothing.

If you are suffering from any of the following – Distraction, Apathy, Depression, Disappointment, Lack/Poverty, Disillusionment/Demoralization – your soul (and most likely the rest of you as well) is hurting, pummeled from the life you are not living.

Have we all had enough of this yet?

What has been happening here on this planet is that we are waking up to the reality we find ourselves in – an ongoing deep energetic pattern lifetimes in the making. Which has been re-packaged, re-financed, re-furbished and re-booted as of late, but our asses are still owned and our humanity re-sented.

It’s the ‘waking up’ that is new; opening our eyes for the first time and seeing the monsters under our beds. The same ones who have frightened us, stolen from us, backed us into corners and enslaved us.

I wish there was an easy way out and I could say to you – here is how to remove yourself from this situation (and all darkness) and heal your soul in three easy steps… And perhaps it is that simple.

1. Walk away from what pulls you down (might this mean exercise as well?)

2. Feed yourself natural whole foods (wild forage does not mean a supermarket on a Saturday morning)

3. Visualize what you want (work at clearing your mind of what someone else wants for you).

Then….as you pick up the pieces (there won’t be many if you walk away!) get back to nature, spend some time with those you love (and who love you), get to know your food on a spiritual basis (start a garden), rescue a dog or a cat, burn bridges back to enslavement …..

And find yourself rising up from those ashes.

Beyond the Fear....Embracing the Divine Feminine

Fear….the final frontier – where no woman has gone before….well, at least not in our lifetime. What most of us as women (and human beings) will be dealing with in the coming few decades is the new feminine rising.

Or…the Feminine Christ…the Divine Feminine.....the higher consciousness of earth – the female faces of god (goddess). I don’t often talk about this subject or even write about it…mostly because I really don’t know what to say (strange for me! LOL).

Sometimes, describing what I feel and sense is the easy part....timing is the rest of it.

What I do seem to get my head around however, is that this feminine aspect of our beings has been pushed down (bashed around) and pretty nearly destroyed by the way we have been living throughout these past centuries.

But, I guess that was the entire point, wasn’t it? Remove this side of our humanity until it was completely out of the picture. Of course all that was ultimately achieved was that it (the divine feminine) went into hiding….

Having been hidden for so long and so deeply…will we even recognize these powerful feminine ways once they re-surface in us? Or will we assume they are something else altogether?

For many of us we have long been grappling with our feminine sides, often losing out to the current male based belief system. I mean, look at what I do, an Intuitive (can’t be more feminine that that!) who uses her skills to help others heal and move forward in a gentle, spiritual and non-invasive way.

That about sums it up though….feminine energy is the most powerful drive on earth…it is a gentle, spiritual and non-invasive 'force' that when working fully, acts as a guide, a healer, muse and mentor - connects us to all living things.

But that is only the beginning of this power.....

We all have it (those of us who are human anyway), we all need it – yet it is feared beyond anything else on this planet….

Spiritual Bullying - Cleaning Up, Inside & Out

I don’t eat anything from the Deadly Nightshade family….they are the forbidden fruit mentioned in the spiritual literature and carry the energy of death. In case you are not sure which fruits these are – they are part of the tobacco family and include potato, tomato, aubergine, peppers, chillies, gogi berries, cape gooseberries and of course death itself – tobacco.

This group of plants bully our bodies from the inside – they contain low levels of a type of neurotoxin  that set up an entire chain reaction of negativity deep within. Of course, anything with toxins specifically geared to attack our spiritual selves should be avoided.

The toxins carried by this family of fruits build up along our nervous system (yes, in small amounts but poison is a poison). This area is probably the single most important component of our spirituality because all messages, information and communication must travel and be dispersed along its’ cells.

When we are following a higher path – messages and communication are vital for our safety, security, well-being and peace of mind. Anything that can muddle, meddle or disrupt this flow – needs to be taken out of the diet.

It makes sense then, if you are walking a spiritual path or planning on it – to remove these fruits and a few other common neurotoxins (such as, aspartame, food additives, colourings, caffeine, MSG) from your plate and your life.

(Even if you are not interested in further spiritual development, improvements in physical health are to be gained either way, Deadly Nightshades have long been associated with chronic pain, arthritis, rashes, allergies etc.)

Spiritual bullying is experienced and witnessed throughout the entire higher consciousness arena in every imaginable way. We have actually become quite used to allowing others to push us around when it comes to such matters of the soul.

And, if this type of behaviour is taking place on the outside of us, it is equally taking place on the inside (Deadly Nightshades). Remove one aspect of this negative spiritual pattern and you are well on your way to breaking through the dark energy imprint left behind.

Try it and see what happens....

Is It Really 'Self' Sabotage...?

This past week I have been thinking a lot about the concept of self sabotage….remembering years ago how I would incessantly blame myself for my weak will, my lack of focus and inability to stay the course (any course) I set for myself.

And that was it. I would quit, stop, change course – think something different and take another route. Ultimately, I would not get where I wanted to go, or follow through with my own plans.

All the while, thinking it was me. I was the only one to blame here – that these people (and institutions, organisations, social networks) around me could not possibly influence me to such an extent as to stop me from achieving my goals.

So, I would end up disappointed and angry with myself.   It was a vicious cycle I found myself in for many years. These negative influences affected my health, my weight, my education, my significant relationships and my work.

I would watch how time and again as the things I wanted most were seemingly off  limits, out of the question, not in the cards and impossible to achieve. In so many ways I gave up, lowered my standards, lost interest and changed my mind along the way.

Then that all changed…it took one single incident in my life, I saw how someone else had their own agenda where I was concerned and could step into (or walk all over) my hopes, wishes and dreams….

I listened, watched and felt the energy around me change when this one person (in the company of others) shot down my plans, which were so important to me at the time. But, I was finally able to see (within myself) how profoundly this affected me.

All of a sudden, I saw differently. My eyes were opened to the reality of just how much an intention to slow down, stop, alter or otherwise change the course you have set for yourself – can come in from outside.

We do not live in a bubble…most of us who are following a dream (this might be anything) are vulnerable, sensitive, open and seeking something better in the world around us as well as within ourselves.

We don’t expect nor should we accept others interference (I refer to this as interference energy) in our lives. One of the main reasons I mention this here and now is because if I had listened and taken on board all this person was saying….

I would have strayed far and wide from my path. The ultimate course set for myself, that lifted me, changed me, healed me and saved my life – time and again.

You set the agenda. You listen to your body (or start learning how), get to know your own mind, and find your spirit.

Live your own life, or someone else will live it for you.
